Ron Stevens
Co-Founder and CEO
Ron is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. He has brokered over 100 land transactions totaling $70M+ across TX, AZ, AL, GA, CO, and SC.
Ron and his partners are invested in 500 acres of commercial-industrial land and over 1,500 multifamily apartment units.
Prior to Real Estate Ron spent 15 years as an Enterprise Software Sales Executive working for Fortune 500 Companies such as Citrix, VMWare, and Cisco Systems.
Ron has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Rod Khleif

Rod Khleif is a multiple business owner and philanthropist who is passionate about business, high performance, real estate and giving back. He has also owned over 2000 properties.
Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success. Khleif’s experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls “seminars:’ Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today. Rod brings incredible authenticity and insight to his approach to business, mindset, real estate, success and life.
Rod can talk about the psychology of success, and any business or real estate topic in great depth, contributing incredible firsthand, technical, and motivational knowledge and skills to the conversation. Rod also founded The Tiny Hands Foundation,which has benefited more than 95,000 children in need
Gregory Chew

Gregory comes from an IT background of over twenty-three years, with a focus on design and high-level architecture for large desktop environments.
A graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science, he has a deep propensity for attention to detail and a lover of numbers. Gregory has partnered in multifamily investments totaling over 1,500 units.
Gregory is lead coordinator, underwriter, investor relations, and branding/marketing lead for Cheferkon Partners, and currently serves as a Multifamily coach in Rod Khleif’s Lifetime Cashflow Academy.
